Can you or can't edit?, it's saying you can edit and then further down it's saying you can't edit
You can edit it and use it as you like, but dont resell it. :)
I absolutely love, that you showcase different types of ways these assets can be used, to make games that look varied.
Not a lot of people do that. I like that you show how to use your assets effectively, to get different themes, and not just created a basic example scene.

Just a little tip, you should upload the assets a .zip as well. It is more common for people to easily be able to unpack a .zip over a .rar.
